Scott L. Parker

With over 30 years of experience in management consulting, Scott has been the Managing Director or a senior officer of three consulting firms. He has helped the senior management of several different types of professional services firms improve their firm's performance across a range of issues and opportunity areas. His work has focused on the development and practical execution of process and personnel changes leading to improved economic performance and to stronger market positioning. He has also taught at the graduate business level and in executive development sessions, and he has facilitated meetings of senior management teams as they wrestled with strategic and tactical issues related to improving firm performance. He is an expert in running successful professional service firms.

Scott has seven years experience as a senior business advisor working on his own and, where appropriate, joining with other independents to serve and assist both professional services firms and B2B corporations. He was also an adjunct faculty member of a top 25 graduate business program where he taught MBA candidates part-time in strategic management and strategic growth. He provided consultative assistance on the development of that school's MBA program and of its service offerings to corporate clients.

As Managing Director of a sales and marketing firm specializing in the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel sales and marketing solutions, Scott led the consulting operations, including account development, officer oversight and development, and the management of strategic alliances with other firms. Scott was also one of the two Managing Directors of a strategic management consulting firm and one of the key executives who led its merger to create Gemini Consulting under the corporate umbrella of the French firm, Sogeti, the parent of Cap Gemini Sogeti. Gemini Consulting was the fastest growing, major consulting firm in the world in 1992 and 1993, while he served as Senior Vice President.

Scott graduated at the top of his MBA class at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, after completing his BA in Economics at the same university.
